I think a lot of it is that it's almost, it's as much maybe more of a people problem than a tooling problem sometimes. If you could be the most passionate person in the world, but if the other side isn't getting what you're talking about, it's wasted. I've done a lot more of this at Cobalt where we're now because communication is such an important part. Product operations have to be great storytellers. You know, they have to listen.
