The lowest you can possibly go in any way that makes sense is the OTE. You're losing money by having sales people and they should be like actually the engines to the top light in the company. I just wouldn't give them bullshit metrics or metrics that aren't directly in line with what you need from them. But these are the rough balance that you have to work in.
