The more self righteous you feel in your position and that the other person is bad and wrong, guess what, it's just going to come right back. But if we really are committed to clearing things up and finding solutions in necting then it is about coming back to this. Like, hay, i'm scared. You know, when you do a b c, i tiss, really rocks my boat. We've got to talk about this. Something softens in that moment. It's really hard to throw a brick at somebody when they're sam. I think having an agreement like that of time can at least remind us and invite us.
