i don't want to be the kind of person who consumes news in that indictive way, or in that kind of very generic broad swipe. And so one thing that i have done going forward is just not only to eliminate the news, but then to ask myself the question, now, what's really going to replace that in my life? The calm ap could be one thing on your phone as as a trick, maybe. But more specifically, the question then becomes, what am i doing with my time? This could also come from books and audio books and podcasts like this Could come from other means besides the attention grabbi nonsense that is the news.
