I like to break my fast with meat or with some type of protein. My biggest meal is I only have two meals a day. It'll be that, that one after my training and then I'll eat dinner. And it's not a light dinner. Like I will usually eat a lot of carbs at night as well. So I don't prescribe, I don't subscribe to any diet. But if I had to choose anything, I'm a mind's diet girl.
