How to Make Your Hiring Effective
The best teams I have worked on have been ones where like, I can go dream about how we're going to change the world and then bring all my ideas to them. That's just like building a good team too. A great team dynamic, honestly. And that's what hiring is all about. Like, how are you going to bring culture ads, not culture fits? There we go. It almost sounds like you're saying I'm not going to work hard. But I know that's one of the hardest working people that I've ever met. Thank you.
