What Is Your Fat Intake and How Does It Affect Your Fat Loss?
I'm trying to really dial in on my macros, but I'm kind of confused on what my fat intake should be and how my fat intake will affect my fat loss for somebody who's trying to lose a significant amount of fat like I am. What I would do is as long as you hit your essential fat, which probably for someone your size, you're looking at about 70 grams, the rest can be carbs or you can have no carbs and the rest be fat. It's real flexible and you got to kind of feel it out and see what works best for you. Thank you.
