If anybody draws the king of winter, the game immediately ends. Project dice are not reduced. A project fails and then a different project finishes early or a headstrong community member tries to take control of the community. There's 13 cards in this deck by the car. The bath house is great. We only have the one project. Oh boy. Five is quite risky, but that's the number I have decided on.
