Crossfit for Strongman?
I was always blown away by how impressive the women were, not just in terms of fitness strength as well. To me would make a good powerlifter or strong woman. So I've kind of like dabbled in and out of it. It's quite good for a strongman. 90 second type workouts, two minutes, et cetera. And you mentioned your weight loss journey, which we certainly want to touch on.
