The Knova kick workout, I'll call it the circuits, they are embarrassing the body in not only physiologically, but a little bit neuroly as we talked about neurologically on what our recruitment pattern is. You see similar things throughout history that I think were used to develop kicks. Instead of bounding your you're shifting that that neural drive quickly which I think helps develop this ability to change gears with crease resistance to fatigue and ability to kick. Go really go fast, like 80%. Then go super fast, like max, but not that long and then come back to your fast.
