quality of training is important and also how you possible together your training program so that you get kind of many good sessions with high quality throughout the training week. How do you possible together these sessions so they can interact with each other and that each of them are good and are high quality and that accumulate the effect of them or or interacting? i think that's that's kind of that's the art of it and where the good coaches are really kind of uh yeah working together with that is to find kind of the optimized program for each each athlete.
