How many people, how many runners finish a workout, finish a run and then think to themselves, I could continue for another hour? That's what you should be doing in your easy workouts. And so yes, there is a certain limit. You can't run every single day because you need recovery and you need a good balance. But running five days a week gives your body, if it's in that adaptation suite, you're going to be in that lead spot. If you run once a week, your body's going to struggle to adapt, to get stronger and get fitter.
