Something Is Better Than Nothing Every Single Time
I remind myself incessantly, like many, multiple times per day, that something is better than nothing every single time. And i cannot let my idea of what i should do get in the way of what i can do. You know, i'm not doing cross fit workouts right now, and i haven't been since early in your pregnancy with roman,. very early in her pregnancy with rRoman. As somebody who likes that intensity, it's easy to feel like the workouts i do now aren't really, you know, they don't measure up to the workouts I used to do.
