How to Reduce Bad Friction

You can't add happy molds when there's still a bunch of frowny faces. So the first thing we do in our exercises, how do we get rid of the irritants, frustrations and redundancies? We don't ever go to the good friction until we've done exercise of reducing the bad friction. If you're already in a bad mood and you're trying to add more consequences, I'm just going to be more pissed off at you. It doesn't work. Here's another aha moment. If you try to add good friction on a situation that has bad friction, it actually becomes more bad friction. That friction is amazing.
