At Ben and Jerry's we have a cadence of ongoing content that talks about flavours and flavour fun, whether that's bringing an ice cream back from our flavour graveyard or doing recipes with mum dairy. I think sometimes when we focus too much on campaign moments, we're asking of something of our fans rather than offering them quality content throughout the year. We also see that the more we educate people on issues, the more likely they are with it to engage with topics later on.
