Do You Have Nuance Thinking?
Sally Kohn: The power of nuance is that it pushes us to be better and makes us uncomfortable. If we give, if we allow ourselves to get uncomfortable and think about nuance, I find it hard to kind of reject it as a appropriate discussion. Sometimes nuance thinking means you're not being nuanced. You are saying there is an absolute here. Right? So it's like kind of confusing, you kind of feel cross-eyed,. But at the same time, what I love about the work I do with food is if someone can get better at looking at an apple and saying like, okay, this is neither good nor bad.
