In a ketogenic state, do not confuse the way you feel with health. Oftentimes people will say, I feel so turned on when I go into ketosis. Physiologically speaking, that's your body up-regulating stress hormones. Do not conflate a low carbohydrate state with feeling good and believing that that's a healthy thing because if you measure your physiology, you will find that you are in a stressed state.
