Jenna: Emotions are physiological sensations or feelings that we experience in our body. So many of us don't often allow an emotion to just be in our body, right? We do bring it up to our minds in this mental gymnastics and start running these stories and narratives that we've attached to certain feelings and sensations. Jenna: When I first began witnessing myself in those moments of reactivity or explosion or anger, when I could feel the physical sensations coming and I let my brain run with these stories and these narratives, I could watch myself doing it.
