Training Peaks - How Do You Find That Number?
In training peaks, you look at what that average heart rate is. And it's also going to be affected by things like sleep and recovery and stress as well. So the number that exact your actual or other threshold will probably be a little different every day. If you have to round up or down, go a little bit down rather than a little bit up typically and just start there on the safe side.
