LDL Cholesterol - Is There a Hierarchy?

If we're reducing saturated fat to the level that we aim for, say typically less than 10% of calories, you get more of an LDL lowering impact from putting in more polyunsaturated fats. And then if you were to substitute it for added sugars, you don't see any risk reduction. So there are these additional things that people who are really targeting LDL cholesterol reduction from a dietary perspective.
