Dosage Escalation
We've kind of been escalating to dose or i think it was not yesterday yesterday was Thanksgiving yes um we did it on Wednesday. We started at a 100 milligrams then the next day we did 200 milligrams and this is all first thing in the morning no coffee no nothing empty stomach you just wake up and you take your 100 milligram dose evaluate the effects. Erica hadn't taken higher doses before but she took 300 milligrams and I took 400 milligrams so that's maybe one of the highest doses we've ever taken when we first started taking the 100 millig grams.
