This week we look at a paper that looked at safety indicators on a large infro structo construction project. The authors are professor helen lingard, matthew hallowell, rico salis and p m paradash. All of the principal contractors reported their data monthly to the client. And then all that data was carefully specified and checked by the government as the client.
