How to Improve Performance on a Low Carbohydrate Diet

Well it's so funny too because like when i saw your study come out it was so interesting to me because this has been a kind of a question i've been asking myself off and on since 2014. At that point i had been following a low carbohydrate diet for you know quite a while but where i ran into issues was the sustainability of those type of sessions. I think maybe the little bit of wiggling around is in terms of kind of finding a way to maybe like reintroduce some carbohydrates at the right time so that you can close that window without putting yourself back into the moderate high carbohydrate category.
