Is Field-Based Testing a Good Starter?

On average maybe twice a year is a good sort of frequency to shoot for for the physiological testing you can kind of fill in fill in the gaps of. Having a having a complete of power duration curve is is good that that facilitates more accurate modeled metrics. Race performance is dictated a little bit more by power output towards the end of a race and so fatigue resistance is more more important than that would influence what sort of testing we would do.
