Irene: Running is the easiest case to make from minimal footwear because our feet were designed to run. Are we really just out-engineering our foot? I don't think you can out-engineer mother nature, she says. She hopes that more and more parents are not putting their kids into those rigid shoes they used to put them in as a child.
