Fermented Foods
Fermented foods have been linked to a number of health benefits. But there is no good evidence that they are having an impact on gastrointestinal health the way t they're perhaps sold to people. The companies who produce these products are able to fund the studies, but it's important to realize that they still often are researcher led. So i would say often the ones that are cmmercially funded are undergo more scrutiny.
