One of Dylan Williams' favourite questions to ask researchers is, what's a piece of research you wish wasn't true? And he says that's a really good measure of somebody who is like in it for the right reasons. I suppose one that springs to mind that I've come across recently was, so I'm currently writing an evidence snack on psychological safety. That's a really interesting concept and opened up my eyes about building culture. There was also a longitudinal study done in education that suggests that for schools, sometimes psychological safety can interfere with high performance.
