The Importance of Centralization in Business
We had 17 locations. All that rapid expansion happened prior to the crisis of 2008. So we haven't been a pure independent our entire career. The reason was we actually were able to buy a competitor. And there's actually a real, we learned a valuable lesson about growth through that period of time. But what we found aside from that, which I'll come back to, was that our customers were being served better.
