Why Doesn't Facebook Provide It?
There's no button on Facebook that says, I'd like to meet up with my friends is anyone nearby and wants to meet up. If you follow the trail from that question, you begin to understand a lot of what's being done to our attention - and how we can get it back. When you open Facebook, Facebook starts to make money. And there's two ways they do it: The first is really obvious. You scroll down and you see ads. Second way is more subtle and much more important. Everything you do on Facebook is scanned and sorted by Facebook. It then sells that picture to advertisers so they can target you specifically. Every time you close Facebook, they lose money.
