How I Transitioned to Influencer Marketing
A lot of the cases that we are defending in my previous firm were false advertising and class actions. So when I left that firm, I knew that I wanted to focus on advertising law as a sort of broad area. And then I didn't really like set out to have influencer marketing as a segment of my practice, but I kind of I did a speaking engagement at an influencer marketing conference. There's there's more issues to consider around influencer Marketing as time goes on.
