Scott Perlin and the Commerce Clause

Oklahoma's former attorney general invoked the Commerce Clause when another state did something that pisses him off. Scott Perlin also really hates animal welfare advocates, Heaton says. He launched all these sort of retaliatory investigations of every animal group in Oklahoma. I'm very glad to hear that he's gone from office. And I hope he is out of the country as well.
