Is It Necessary or Valuable?
The biggest way to have really tremendous outsized growth is by demonstrating the value you can have to those initial Lighthouse customers. But it all stems from clear, repeatable, quantifiable outcomes from your first couple of customers. And so I believe that having revenues at risk or at risk components is both necessary but also valuable.
