i think where i'd start is, i wan to start from the athletic standpoint. You want to have a lot of workouts that are between what we'll call a rate of perceived exertion,. or how hard it feels, between six and eight out of ten. These are your easy days. Your recovery days. Maybe once or twice a month you see nine out of 10. And then maybe a couple times a year you see ten out ofTen. Those are generally saved for races. Now, isn't athlete? You've got all kinds of really solid feedback to kind of let you know where you're at. With my coach, i like to joke around that there's lower case
