I was always a generalist, although I did end up refining my messaging to small and medium sized businesses. When I decided to niche down, I was like, okay, how do I do this? Do I now need to like redo my website? And that marketing strategies told me no, just add the words. We were literally, we just added a few words here and there to see if it's going to work.
