P i uses pulsed electromatic electromagnetic fields. Red light exposure and the use of my juve panel, which i use typically at night prior to bed. Then also do yet some grounding. My daily routine, my wayof optimizing health, makes me feel good. Took me an hour ad a half to talk about it. It takes 12 hours to do all this stuff,. Like with an, well, little bit longer 12 hour phase, like a 16 hour phase.
