And when you don't have strength distily, You don't have inter muscular coordination distily,. Then what is your nervous system going to say? So just think abot like all the stuff, things in our head and things in our tor axs, they are the most important things to our body. Our body and our nervous system is going to do everything it can to try protect those things rigt.
