"I can likely progress them through the heights of the boxes quicker. I'll probably transition them to landing in a unilateral stance quicker as well," he said. "We can go a bunch of different directions whether we start to incorporate different planes in motion, whether it's like frontal plane or eventually getting into transverse plane." The jump pause is one way to kind of help disperse some of the forces just to have them pause at the bottom of that jump and then go up and jump after that. And so I think that's a great way to teach us on joint excursions.
