Don't Tell Your Clients About It
The idea here is to address the issue, but not have it drag one the issue. I feel a lot of times when people are apologizing, they want your forgiveness, but they don't really care. They're doing it for their benefit. And that's a tactic i follow a lot. You come clean immediately. The other option, which is weighted out, is with no transparenso you don't disclose it and there's no seriousnes. You just pretend there's nothing there. If you know something wrong is happening, and then you're not telling your clients it, you you're almost abusing the trust that they have in you.
