So in my diet, I have purposely constructed it to minimize linoleic acid and that means that I also do not consume animal foods that are particularly high in linoleicacid. And I do not consume oils like avocado or olive which are not technically seed oils, but they do have more linoleic Acid than the animal fats that I prefer. So removing seed oils from your diet is number one. Number two, remove high fructose corn syrup from your diet. Do nothing else take nothing else from this podcast and your health will improve.
