The Basal Ganglia and Hypertensive Hemorrhage
The hypertensive hemorrhage is going to come on with a pretty typical stroke syndrome. The main one to think about is the basal ganglia, perfused by lenticular stride arteries. Shark-cobushard aneurysms are these teeny, tiny vessel wall problems that are associated with hypertensive hemorrhages in those deeper perforators.
