Object Oriented UX

Sophia: Concept modeling is core to the structural work that needs to go into these systems. I'm wondering if you could describe for our listeners how you and your team are using that. Like, what are the mechanics of doing that? Are you without obviously disclosing anything confidential? But a lot of us are working remotely, right? So I've done this type of exercise in a room with people using a whiteboard - not exactly Sophia's approach. How do you do it when having to work remotely?
