How to Lose Weight Faster

The average client will lose 10 to 15 pounds just by avoiding heavily processed foods and eating as much whole foods as they want. Drink a half a gallon to a gallon of water every day. When you eat, don't eat and watch TV, be on your phone, be on a computer or do anything else. This is really easy. Oh, here's one other thing. You want to cut your calories by 10 to 15% every day? Okay. I love things that make people feel like they're not doing a lot. Like, okay, I'm just doing this. But what the heck is going on?"
