Working genius allows you to be able to do your work with joy and then appreciate other people. There's a reason why G-E-T and W-I-D are seen as different. Observation is it's easier to observe somebody G-E,N-E-N and T-E- N. You can galvanize people in meeting and see how much momentum they're getting out of that. Or you can even measure the tenacity of something. It's hard to measure this upstream versus downstream.
