The History of Black and White Women in the Workplace

Sally Kohn: I'm interested in studying why black and white women have not made more progress as a collective in the workplace. When I talk to many black women, they don't trust white women, she says. "I would ask white women, since we're talking to women at work, to really put yourself in the shoes of women of color," said Kohn.
