Why Too Much Salt Is Bad for Your Health
Most people in America at least over consumed sodium so the recommended amount is like twenty through 100 milligrams a day. The average American and this is probably Canadian as well but I'm just using an American stat. So when you have too much salt all at once or chronically your blood basically fills up with salt right like you eat lots of chips. Ew it's like soupy and thin. Well not yet it's about to be though because then that salt sodium attracts water. Your visceral vessels now have increased like water and now that increases blood pressure.
