When we're talking about grief, I feel like that's really when you're when you're talking about how uncomfortable it is. One of the best ways I've seen of thinking about grief comes from Nora McKinnerny. She experienced she she lost her husband, her beloved husband, very early on in their marriage. And so she spent a lot of time thinking about grief. And she's now remarried happily. Instead, move forward with it, which means you carry the lost, beloved person with you.
