Yard: I would auto regulate based on your power and based on how much doms you have, deal it on said muscle soreness. You need to become injured a few times to get it out level. The most important things for recovery that people can do the biggest bang for their buck is sleep. That's already enough. So we got sleep, we got nutrition, and then we've got, of course, a workout that makes sense so you're not getting over-fatigue. Those three things are key.
