The Importance of Sleep

We have this notion that we're going to die, and life is limited, and there's an end thing. We believe that when we're asleep, we'r not alive, therefore, any time we sleep, we're wasting the precious timeye. And i would much prefer to spend 16 hours of every day fully awake, fully present, in joy, with positive mood and with energy in my body than spend 20 hours of that day awake, sleeping only four hours.
