A lot of runners may have kind of an idea in mind of what times they want to run. If you are able to hit those paces, is there a problem with that? Would you suggest that they maintain that if they can get that or do you think you really do have to stick to kind of that low end of the range? That's a nice thing about having a range. But I think, yeah, if you're able to hit it, then that's good. It shows that the training plan that you have is correct for you.
