What's This Week's Padcast?

Last week's padcast was about cognitive psychology and mental health. This week, we're going to do something silly - i'll talk about television for 20 minutes. I've just given my heart takes on the form at of television in this space. But again, i've got self compassion around that as it is part of the podcast. That's my walking down an alleyway in takio rather than a radio show.
